On Saturday June 11th, Hite Performance will be holding a special fitness boot camp at Manito Park to benefit Susan G Komen Passionately Pink for the Cure. This is a donation event and there is no need to pre-register. All ages and ability levels are encouraged to attend. Come get a great workout and donate to a great cause. 

Time: 9-10am, June 11th 

Where: Manito Park (meet at duck pond)

Ryan Hite to Present at Spokane Women's Show

Ryan Hite will be presenting the following topic at 10:30am on Saturday April 16th

“The road to weight loss and fitness: success strategies that work”

This presentation will focus on strategies to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. Whether you are training for a Marathon or just starting a weight loss program this presentation will help you make your training a success.  Nobody ever said the road to fitness or weight loss was easy, but these strategies will yield results!

Spring Boot Camp Schedule - February 1, 2011


Hite Performance Boot Camp Schedule for the winter/spring is now posted below. Boot Camp Classes are a high energy way to stay in shape, lose weight, or build endurance. All classes consist of a warm-up, circuit training, fitness game, abs, and stretching. Although the format is the similar, no two classes are ever repeated. Please contact Hite Performance to reserve your spot in the next five week session.

Dates: 2/7-3/10, 3/14-4/14, 4/18-5/19, 5/23-6/23

Days and Times: Classes are run three days per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00-7:00am and 5:30-6:30pm. Participants may move freely between the different time slots.

Price: $75 per 5 week session

Location: Knox Presbyterian Church (806 W Knox, Spokane, WA)

Registration: Registration will begin two weeks prior to each session. Current participants will have until the end of that week to reserve their spot. At that point spots will be rolled down to people on the wait list and new registrations. Please contact Hite Performance to be added to the wait list.
